Dear Prospective Clients:
Unified Services of Texas, Inc. (UST) of Southlake, Texas has been providing quality environmental contract services to the area since 1991. Over the years, UST has concentrated the majority of its business in the petroleum storage tank and fuel services area. UST is involved with installations, removals, testing and cleaning of both underground and aboveground storage tanks. It is through this experience, that UST was introduced to the specialized CO2 (dry ice) blast cleaning process. After seeing the amazing results, UST has added this service, so that we can offer the most efficient means of cleaning for our clients, while also following our practice of doing what is safest for the environment.
Because of the nonabrasive nature of the dry ice, the process of dry ice blasting can be gentle enough to clean delicate electrical equipment or aggressive enough to remove tightly bonded adhesives. Also, because the CO2 sublimates harmlessly back into the air upon impact, there is no secondary waste disposal. Additionally, when the material being removed is toxic, CryoBlast has a secondary recovery system, utilizing HEPA vacuum filters to recover any toxic airborne particles.
CryoBlast not only brings the latest technology, but our employees are qualified and certified under EPA and OSHA guidelines for hazardous materials, IDHL (Immediately Dangerous to Life and /or Health) and Confined Space Entry.
UST is committed to safety, high quality performance, rapid response to client's needs, and ensuring that senior supervisory personnel are present during each phase of the project. Our policy is to use equipment and vehicles that are in proper operating condition, well maintained, and fully insured. We carry general liability, professional liability, pollution liability, automobile coverage, umbrella coverage and workman's compensation that exceeds the general requirements for most large projects.
Our business growth in Texas and its neighboring states is a direct reflection of customer satisfaction based on UST's superior performance and fair pricing. We take great pride in ensuring that UST’s many services are executed safely, produced quickly, exhibit exceptional quality and are compliant with all applicable regulations and industry standards. To that end, we recognize that a quality performance is not by accident, but is the direct result of proper implementation of a sound plan by a knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Our staff stands ready to join your team in meeting your environmental, cleaning and construction requirements.
