Most equipment may be blasted without disassembly reducing time, danger to employees, as well as potential damage to the equipment. CO2 blasting is electrically safe, it will not short circuit motor or switches, and there are no flammable or explosive by products.

Bakery ingredients, grease, oil, carbon or other leftover material are all removed without water to eliminate bacterial growth.

CO2 blasting of the surface of products and instruments is non-toxic and will stop the growth of mold, mildew and other fungi as well as eliminating the odors of the bacterial host environment.
